Return the Target (Reps column C) for the name in M1, or the text Not a rep when the name isn't on the Reps sheet — without IFNA or IFERROR.

Return the Date of the latest order for the rep in M1. Orders are listed oldest first, so search from the bottom up.

On Reps, return each rep's commission Rate (Commission column B) for their Target using XLOOKUP with "exact or next smaller" matching. Start in E2, fill to E7.
