The rules for using AnalystReps. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who we are
AnalystReps is run by Hemant Gupta, Delhi, India. You can reach us at analystreps@gmail.com. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Hemant Gupta.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- One account is for one person. Do not share it or sell access to it.
Free and paid access
The first 3 chapters of every track are free. Full access is a one-time payment and lasts 12 months from the day it is confirmed. It does not renew, and we never charge you again unless you choose to buy again. The price shown on the pricing page when you pay is the price you pay.
What you may do with the content
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the lessons, quests and projects to learn. You may not copy, resell, republish or scrape them, or use them to train other software.
What you must not do
- Try to break, overload or get around the service, including its payment checks.
- Use it to harm others or break the law.
- Pretend to be someone else.
We may suspend an account that does these things. If that happens without fault on your side, we will refund the unused part of your payment.
Practice data and the AI tutor
The company, people and numbers in the practice data are made up. The AI tutor can be wrong, so check what it tells you.
No promise of a job
AnalystReps helps you practise skills. We do not promise or guarantee a job, an interview, a salary or any other result.
Changes and availability
We keep improving the product and may change or remove features. We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies to you.
Our responsibility
We take reasonable care, but the service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.
Law and disputes
Indian law applies. Please write to analystreps@gmail.com first; most problems are solved there. If not, the courts in Delhi have jurisdiction.
