Keep only OrderID, Product and Qty, in that order. Ctrl+click the three headers, then Home ▸ Choose Columns.

Rename Qty to Quantity and UnitPrice to Unit Price. Double-click a header to rename it.

Make Rep the first column. Select it, then Transform ▸ Move ▸ To Beginning.

Make a copy of the Product column. Select it, then Add Column ▸ Duplicate Column.
